JOHNSTOWN, PA – Kate Landis of Greensburg, PA, was named Administrator at The Atrium, a Choice Community, on November 7, 2022.
She became a Personal Care Home Administrator in 2020 and was a pharmacy technician for the 10 years prior. In her new role, Kate will oversee the care and services provided at The Atrium and serve as a resource for staff, residents, family members and the community in providing quality personal care services for Johnstown seniors.
“Senior living is truly my passion, and I love nothing more than creating a connection with my staff, my residents and my families,” she said. “I am excited to become part of the Atrium team. We have a great staff and facility. I look forward to getting to know the residents and their family members. I will use the full extent of my knowledge and am eager to continue learning in order to make The Atrium experience better for all.”
She is familiar with the Johnstown area, having served as Personal Care Home Administrator at Amber Springs, which is part of the Laurelwood system, as well as The Lutheran Home.
Kate enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is a fur mom to four cats.
Kate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding, and received Assisted Living Administrator as well as a Personal Care Home Administrator licenses from Penn State Beaver.
